U.S. companies have announced over 140,000 renewable energy jobs since the Inflation Reduction Act was passed in August 2020.

- Georgia, Kansas, Michigan and New York are leading in renewable energy job creation by providing incentives worth hundreds of millions of dollars to companies making clean-energy products, as well as other policies such as workforce training programs and tax credits.
