NewsBusiness leaders in Arizona are calling for the state to take advantage of the economic benefits of the clean energy boom

More than 20 Arizona employers gathered at the State Capitol in an event organized by Ceres, the Arizona Technology Council, and Plug In America to highlight their use of clean energy and transportation solutions.

- At the event, company representatives and state lawmakers will showcase cutting-edge technologies and talk about policies that can attract clean energy investments.
- Participants are calling for support from policymakers to take advantage of two laws – Inflation Reduction Act and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act – which will provide billions of dollars in federal funding for clean energy, transportation, and other technologies.
- The Lawn Day event features a “Ride and Drive” program with demonstrations of popular electric vehicles manufactured in Arizona.
